I’m looking to touch up a wheel scratch without having to have the entire wheel refinished. The dealer doesn’t know the color code to match. Does anybody know what can be purchased to be close?
The code might be on the label where the tire air pressure is (drivers door) or try a NAPA store.. there are some really good mobile wheel repair vendors that are reasonable and do great work. Possibly try a dealers parts dept. Give them a VIN
Over the years I've never had great luck with touch up pens the dealers sells. Especially if there's metallic fleck in it. I have an NX350h with 20" wheels and the 'black' on them looks like a very dark metallic grey, and the colour seems similar to other Toyota/ Lexus wheels. Although yours may be not metallic, it's hard to see with your photo. I think they may use a colour from their 'stable' of colours used on other toyota products. I'm gonna look at a Corolla 'Midnight Black' (it's metallic) if I can find one on a lot somewhere to see how it compares.
One source might be a body shop or an alloy wheel refinisher place. They might actually have the paint code. A small touch up on a dark colour is usually not very noticeable if there's a difference.
This weekend, I recently scratch my 2025 NX 450h+ Drivers Side rim while pulling up to one of those pull ticket machines at a parking garage trying to get close. Ugh! Next time I will use my 360 cameras.
Anyhow, my NX replaced my 2005 1E0 Flint Mica RX330 and I still have my touch up paint bottle for it and it matches close to the rim color.
The 1E0 Flint Mica color also is pretty close to my 2007 IS350 1G0 Smoky Granite Metallic color as well.
I believe Smoky Granite Mica had replaced Flint Mica in 2007.
Flint Mica is slightly lighter compared to Smoky Granite Mica. Side by side, you might be able to tell the difference. Flint Mica has more blue/green in it.

It is not perfect, but it conceals the silver and makes the scratch less noticeable.
