Would I be correct in assuming this is only for people with the 360 degree thing like in lsft'd second picture? Or with top of the line trim packages?
I think it requires the 360-degree thing. I just drove for the first time since setting for auto-panoramic view and it's really great. Took all of 2 stops to get used to it!
We saw this but were looking for auto panoramic view (thanks to redhot47fl):
When the camera is on, look at the icons along the left-side of the screen. Touch the "A" that has a line through it. That will switch panoramic view into auto mode and it will come on when you slow to 8 mph at traffic lights, your garage door, etc.
I haven't tried it yet, but will in about 45 minutes!
Yes sorry, as soon as I posted it I thought this was NOT what you were looking for, again sorry...
(In the US) Correct. Option on top of the Luxury package. Didn't appear to be available on F-Sports.
We have it on our F-Sport (Panoramic-View Monitor factory option) and I use it on auto, my wife prefers it manually triggered, but luckily it can be set differently for each user profile.
One more downside, in addition to filling the Nav screen (maybe you wanted Nav view instead) is that it conflicts with voice commands. I sometimes tell the car a destination while slowing down and then have to 'x' out of the panoramic view.
Thanks for the replies everyone. I finally found the option thanks to the help here. The trick was I was playing with it while in Park and didn't realize you had to be in Drive to get the option on the menu to turn on the mode to have it come on at low speed. This seems to me to be a good example of why Human Factors design rules say you should not create mode-based menus in your UIs.

Ha,
Reminds me of yesterday with the navigation. I was turning down the volume when there was some navigation voice. It got set to near zero. The only way I could find to turn it back up was while the voice was speaking. When is that exactly when you can't hear it??? I got it sorted, but was distracting. It was carplay not built in nav, that might behave different.
I know this is kind of an old thread but how to get the "panoramic view"? There is no standalone "Panoramic View" package in Build section of Lexus website. Is it just included with Premium or Luxury - but one of the premium or luxury packages mentions this feature. I hope someone can help with this question, thanks!

On my 2022 NX350H Luxury, it was a $1,070.00 option which included "Panoramic View Monitor, Lane Change Assist and Front Cross Traffic Alert".
I turned it off. I found that the only time I could look at the map (when I'm being directed by Apple Maps, Waze, etc) was when stopped at a light or stopsign. The panoramic view would popup and block the map. I can see a perfect panoramic view when parked by shifting to reverse temporarily. Works great.
On my 2024 NX350h Premium (arriving at dealer anyway now!!) it has "Panoramic View Monitor, Lane Change Assist Front Cross-Traffic Alert and Steering Wheel Touch Sensor" $1,070.00. The same as what kg130 said was included on their 2022 Luxury package. It is a separate stand alone item added on my car by Lexus at the factory.
