So over the weekend I purchased our first Lexus, second if you include my parents purchase (They got a 2010 lexus IS350 AWD) I think. I've always been a toyota loyalist so it was only a matter of time that I ended up with a Lexus. My very first car was a 1993.5 Toyota Supra NonTurbo which has been outfitted to a turbo Six Speed (V160) of course, I was 16 it's all i could afford when I got older I upgraded it. I owned that Supra for 20 years until I bought the MKV supra in 2020. A little practicality finally hit when I decided to purchase a Lexus 450+ over this past weekend. I'm shocked about the MPG's this gets and how efficient it is but also kind of sad it doesn't come with the Mark Levinson sound system. I'll get a photo of the three of them together but yea I'm a huge Toyota Fanboy Oh I've since relocated from Ohio to Newport Beach I hve a special significant other, I told her that she can trade in the Supra MKV for the Lexus to help off set the cost but she loves the Supra MKV and said NO! and I guess we're keeping all three lol.

Beautiful!!! Definitely a nice upgrade I’ve been a Toyota person myself I’m jumping from Camry 2014 to NX350H. Told myself I’m staying within the Toyota fam due to reliability and they last for a long time.
How long did it take since you ordered your NX until you picked it up?I put my deposit last week so hopefully it’s a matter of 3 weeks. Go Bucks, O-H!!
I-O!!! So actually I didnt have to wait or order it. I just worked with a bunch of lexus dealers and just had them fight with or negotiate with me for business to (Lower) that markup. I was luckily able to get that markup down to 4k which is good enough for this color and for Newport Beach California. I even have one on hold right now over in Columbus Ohio, Germain Lexus that I'm going to transfer to my dad to see if he wants to trade in that IS 350 for. He currently has a 2020 rav 4 Hybrid but this is definately an upgrade. I'm happy with the car but I'm just wondering if I possibly made a mistake where maybe should have waited and got the RX PlugIn over the NX plug in. Regardless I needed an SUV for this winters snowboarding season and the tax credit is coming close to an end on the plug-in as many people believe it will be over by this October.
