There isn’t any button or anything, you just pull on that piece that has come off in your picture correct?

I'd get something like this and use one of the tools to pry it apart.

Fob replaced...All good! Took about 20 minutes at the dealer

Lightbulb Replace the Battery ?

I keep a lot of CR2032 batteries on hand. It always fixes the problem
