One more update:

It took another trip to the dealer to get everything working properly, but now that it's done, it's been flawless so far. My phone connects both wired and wirelessly without fail, Hey Siri finally works properly, and my system never mysteriously reboots itself for no reason. So it seems that there really was something wrong with the computer -- so glad it has been replaced!

 

Hello all new to this group. I have a Alexis NX 450+ I bought it last year and this problem has been recurring and each time they tell me I have to go to the dealer and they mess around and then it comes on for a minute doing the same things I pretty much did it’s just for some reason it starts up and then at first the last time I went, it took. It took them an hour to get it back up, but then it did come back up and they don’t really know what’s going on either. I think it’s a major Lexus problem and they haven’t addressed it yet. It’s really frustrating and it makes me never wanna buy another Lexus.
