No one has actually tried. But seems possible if you have a different set of lug bolts that is seating flat, not sure if these exist because the 2nd Gen NX OEM ones are has a ball seat on the lug bolts.
I am still waiting for my 2022 NX, so I cannot 100% confirm.
Another question I have about wheels is the TPMS.
Does the 1st Gen NX TPMS work for 2nd Gen NX.
Based on the manual, the 2nd Gen NX can store 2 different sets of TPMS unlike the 1st Gen which can only store 1 set.
