There is now a card at the bottom of the Lexus App that says “Press Vehicle Finder in your Lexus app and we will locate and direct you straight to it”

For the life of me I can’t find Vehicle Finder in the app anywhere. Am I missing something or is this another screwup in the app?

 

Have you looked for the card that says Last Parked location?

 

Yes, there isn’t one.

 

i just in installed the app (on an iPhone) and reinstalled but still no dice.

 

When you scroll all the way down, do you have any hidden cards?

 

I don’t have it either. I guess it’s time for me to call support.

The card at the bottom of the Lexus app has now disappeared. I suspect this is pushed from the cloud and was mistakenly displayed and this feature isn’t available on a 2022 NX. Lexus really needs to get on top of these issues.

 

Still there on mine and functioning. I've been using it on my other car for several years and have it (primary) and the NX450 (secondary) in my profile's 'garage', not sure if that makes a difference.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling? Or perhaps a different device? The way they implemented this is kind of a pain. For our older cars my wife and I used my login on our phones and could access both cars equally. I can do the same here, but then need to have the car recognize the physical keys and not link the phones as IDs for our profiles as then we each need to sign into our own Lexus Driver's accounts.

I'm using an Android device.

 

I have removed the app, reinstalled, redid my Id and still no last parked feature, frustrating. I thought maybe 450h+ was not supported, I guess it is. Time for a support call.
