Our 2024 NX 450h+ occasionally has a slight shudder that can be felt in the floorboards and pedals when moderately accelerating from a stop, in EV mode. When it happens it's subtle and lasts only for a couple of seconds. But it doesn't always do it... not sure yet if it correlates with anything else.
I had our dealer look at it as part of a recent service, and they were not able to duplicate (not surprised) and did not have a diagnostic for it. They mentioned that the RX has a similar issue with a software update as a resolution, but that nothing exists on the NX.
Anyone else experience this? Any cause/solutions out there? Thank you!
