I did not realized but my wife's NX 450h+ basic did not come with back up sensors, can dealer add them?
Thank you
What are me options my wife its missing that option.
Can the dealer add just back up sensors?

Crutchfield.com among others supply back up sensor kits and install videos. They are black in color so depending on her car's color will not have the visual appearance of the factory pieces. Another back assistant she might like is a backup camera. These are also definitely not as streamlined in appearance and function as the factory system but will work in a pinch. Involves attaching to the rear license plate bracket and adding a Bluetooth display to the inside of the cabin by the mirror.
Pretty sure all current generation NX models have back up sensors. It's a required item needed for their Lexus Safety System 3.0. There will be little circular dots located on both rear and front bumpers. You probably can't add any additional after market sensors to the Lexus Safety System.
The Lexus Safety System is the suite of warnings triggered by the forward-facing camera that is near the inside rearview mirror. The dime sized Park Assist sensors are different and while customary in most trim levels, are not standard on some models.

I saw added sensors.... the buzzer was screwed to the dash.... horrible aftermarket. If you decide to get them fully understand what the system looks like.
Really surprised your NX does not have them
All second generation Lexus NX sold in USA and Canada are equipped with front and rear parking sensors and Lexus Safety System 3.0 . The safety system will utilize signals from the parking sensors and cameras and radar sensors all in combination. You cannot get a current generation NX without them.
This is USA brochure for 2022 the base model NX has park assist and Lexus 3.0 Safety Sense the 450H+ builds on those features as well as "Includes NX350h AWD features and Luxury Package features, and adds or replaces:- Heated steering wheel" MY 23 through 26 remain offering same safety features.

The original post did not indicate a country or continent where the vehicle may be located. Unless I'm mistaken, I don't see how we can assume this is US or Canadian vehicle?
As for the question, I don't have an actual answer either. I can only speculate and suggest it would likely to be cost prohibitive to add these to an existing vehicle. With enough money, anything is possible, but it would probably be a better strategy to see if you can trade it for a model with the options your wife wants. An option like this isn't normally a port-installed nor a dealer-installed option and there is much more to the solution than simply adding the sensors.
I don't live in the US, but I've looked high and low to find out what the basic NX450h+ has for standard features trying to offer some clarification, and this is what's on the US site:
Service Connect.* Minimum 5-year trial subscription included. 4G network dependent.
Eight airbags*
Vehicle Stability Control*
Direct Tire Pressure Monitor System*
Traction Control (TRAC) system
Brake Assist
Smart Stop technology*
Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)
Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD)
Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children (LATCH) system
Both of these listed standard equipment items will need the so called parking or back up sensors in order to function:
Blind Spot Monitor* with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert*
Intuitive Parking Assist with Automatic Braking* "Intuitive Parking Assist may warn drivers of, and potentially brake for, collisions with certain objects when traveling at low speeds. Drivers should visually confirm clearance during use. See Owner's Manual for limitations."
Boy the US based website info is incredibly difficult to navigate! If I'm not correct my apologies, but I don't know why Lexus would even sell even a base NX without parking sensors.
