Yesterday I went into my app after plugging in my 2025 NX 450h+ so that I could select "charge now". I didn't have that option show up. I refreshed, logged out and back. in, and still no luck. As an aside, when trying to log back into the app, I had to change my passwork. Over and over I would enter a new password, but there was no response when I clicked on the button to make the change. After about 10 attempts of getting out and selecting reset my password it finally worked.
My charge schedule also is not showing up. This morning I went out to see if I could unplug and plug the charger back in so I could select "charge now" from inside the vehicle. I did have that option. But, it turns out that it had been charging overnight. The app is still showing the charge amount as "0".

Any thoughts on what is going on and what steps I need to take now? I hate the idea of having to delete and reinstall the app.

 

Unfortunately you may need to do just that, even as far as deleting the app from your phone. and reinstalling it to remove any corrupt data. Learned a valuable lesson over the holidays, I bought a new iphone and I'm sure for security reasons most likely. I lost credit cards from my wallet and some apps asked me to re log in and only after deleting apps and reloading them could I begin using face id again. Keep in mind phone updates don't always go smoothly and apps can be affected too. There is a lot of safeguards present in the ability to use your phone to communicate to your car. Hiccups are inevitably bound to happen. I get Lexus app updates almost weekly in some cases.
