Along with doors, windows, tire pressure now hatch shows up, but when I try to open the back door nothing happens.

Anybody else get it working ?

 

In the remote section there is an "unlock hatch" option on my app, and it does unlock the hatch (not open it). But based on your description of what you are seeing, it sounds like you are looking at the status screen, which simply tells you whether or not the hatch is already open.

 

No I’m going to the right part of the screen, I know how to do it. It does not open it, maybe it unlocks it but if that’s all it does is unlock it then wouldn’t be useful to me.

If it were open and I hit the lock hatch button I wonder if it will close it probably not since it won’t open it. Thanks for responding.

I figured this might be the case because of the wording, saying unlock instead of open is the clue.
