We recently had a "curb rash" incident on one of our Lexi and I smoothed out the roughed up area with my Dremel tool, using a small sanding drum. I found the Toyota color code 1G3, Magnetic Gray Metallic seems to match just right. I found the spray paint at a local parts place. If you have these wheels with the five dual spokes, this might help fix your issue.
Should this happen to me, I'd use a service. The price isn't outrageous and they dismount, fix the rash, ensure it'll balance, remount the tire and balance it up again. The dealership messed up 1 of my RX FSport wheels and they had it repaired this way. I couldn't see any evidence of rework.

I did “curb crunch” repairs to alloy wheels a few times over the years like you did. For a friend, my wife and myself.
I just did one of my wife’s wheels recently, sanding out the scrape marks was not too hard but her wheels are painted gray between the shiny alloy spokes. Masking that gray area was tedious before spraying the the silver paint & clearcoat.
Now my wife can’t pick out which wheel that was damaged 😊

Thanks StephaNos for posting. I have the 2025 version and unfortunately caught the curb and slightly incurred damage. This helps me a lot as I thinnk the average DIYer can repair minor abrasions.
