I successfully logged in to my Lexus app today using my email and password, they emailed me a code to log in, no problem.
But on my Lexus notes I wrote down a pin number when I picked up my 25 NX350 last August 6, 2024, I can't remember what that pin number is for.
On that pick-up day there was so much to learn, sign up for, get use to, etc. No wonder I'm pulling a blank.
Any ideas ? This ole guy would appreciate it
This might be where I should be looking. I was logging into the Lexus app site, it does show my personal info but is not the Lexus- connect.com. I do get three years of Drive Connect, probably that is why I had this second Login ID and the PIN number.

Ha! I think I know what this for. Remember that number. Every so often and usually after you get a firmware upgrade or dealer works on your system, your display will ask for a 5 or 6 Digit PIN that will enable your radio to connect to your personalized account and pull down all your subscriptions (NAV subscription, Remote Start, Digital Key, etc...). That is probably this PIN you recorded. You can reset it in the app in the same space that MidCow3 or someone else linked the the faq for if you do forget it. I know because I forgot mine and learned it was set on pickup day. The problem was that as an IT professional I didn't write it down.

I’ll have my wife help me. I have a “L” app on my phone, it takes forever to load using my email and password (doesn’t ask for my pin), then it says “sign in taking longer than usual- wait while retrieving your account “ then “Network can’t be reached “
I don’t even think that it is the correct app for “Lexus Connect”
I’ll get it though, been real busy along with changing my oil & filter, making a template for the “Condenser Stone Damage” thread.

I finally was able to get onto my Lexus account through the "L" app.
I tried again last night but kept getting these problem messages( below), so I did the smart thing: asked for my wife's help.
She found that my problem was that my "L" app needed an update.
Once we did that update, now I'm logging in OK and can check my NX's status, health, etc.
As I get more comfortable with the app I'll check out more features and ask for more guidence from you guys.
