Leasing
Because of the lease / cash incentive, I leased my 2025 NX450+ this past June. I did not receive any additional discounts from MSRP. After receiving the the lease payment notice from Lexus Financial Services, I paid off the lease with no penalty. It took LFS another 4 weeks to forward the title.
$9500 is for 2024s which don’t exist at this point. $7500 for 2025. A volume dealer should give you at least $2500 under MSRP as well. Just need to sit down at the sales guys desk and get ready to walk. YMMV depending on location. I’m in So Cal and got $2700 off MSRP.
I just signed a lease this week for a 2025 NX 450h+. I intend to purchase the car but the lease offered $7500 off so I figure even after the charges related to paying off the lease, I'm ahead of the game if I had purchased vs leasing when I picked up the car. They are currently offering $9500 off a NX 450h+ F-Sport.
end of june I got a lux for 5k off before 7.5k lease incentive then paid off before first due date. some states now have up to 12.5k off in lease incentives (Colorado) but not sure if they'll do more off than that
Even with $9500 lease cash, the residual on a ‘24 is going to be equally lower than a ‘25, so it’s probably doesn’t lower your payment enough to matter. If you’re really buried in your trade -in, then that lease cash could be the trick to getting it paid off.
