Default Good lease deal?

Hello,

I'm new to leasing and would like to know if below is a good deal considering its end of year -
Looking at 2017 IS200T 12k/36month lease
1200 down - no trade
$407 monthly.
This includes $3750 Lexus lease cash and $3k dealer discount off of MSRP of $39,800

I will close the deal on car before year end but would like some feed back?

try swapalease or similar sites. if you have good credit, you apply with TFS like any car lease and take someone's IS200T (or whatever car) lease over (many times with incentive) and you have like a 8 or 9 month lease and get something new after that. Don't have to go with dealers. there's probably like 25 200T F Sports in your area with people that will literally pay you to take their lease over with like 10 months left. sometimes 3 or 4.

My IS200T F-Sport was cheaper than this.... and i feel like I could've still done better.
I would keep looking if I were you.

I am picking my car up from a swapalease deal this week. 2017 IS300 F Sport almost loaded.
Paying $449/mo
No money down and the guy I am getting the car from is giving a $1700 incentive as well.
Process takes about 30-60 days!

You should be able to receive better dealer discounts, probably around low $30k. And with $3750+1200 down, you should be able to lease one for around $320 ish.
For example, I'm currently leasing a $38k Toyota Sienna discounted to $32k and with $2500 down, I'm paying $350/month including tax.
