NX450 telematics
I have a 2022 NX 450h. Love the engine and gas/EV mileage, and the fit, finish, and interior are all good enough. However, the telematics absolutely suck. In switching between Nav/Radio/Phone or between users it is very easy to get stuck in a place where "you can't get there from here" without shutting off the car. This has led to a few dangerous situations when Nav or phone were essential. So my question is whether there have been any improvements to the telematics since 2002? If not, will have to look elsewhere for a replacement to the 2002.

I'm trying to understand what you mean by you can't get there from here??? Is that navigation? There has been a few Lexus Interface updates since 2022.
I am sure with the right information this forum can offer plenty of help.
