External Battery Charger
I have a 2022 NX350, the engine stopped for 10 seconds when the car stopped but it restarted the engine within 10 seconds. I mentioned this to the dealership and they just recharged the battery during the service. I'm worry that the battery might not be able to start the car during winter and I am thinking to buy a Noco charger to charge it like once a month. Did anyone encounter a dead battery in their 3rd gen NX250/NX350 gas model?
Not related to your model but I had a 23 NX 450H+ and got rid of it after 7 months due to the 12V battery being dead all the time. I purchased the NOCO Charger as well as their Battery Maintainer. Most days I would put the maintainer on the 12V and just let it sit overnight and into the next day sometimes. Being retired I don't venture out a lot so it just sits in the garage on the charger/maintainer.
I went to Amazon to buy the NOCO products as well as the NOCO website. I learned that NOCO doesn't warrant items purchased from Amazon due to so many issues with them noting being authentic NOCO products. So I purchased direct from NOCO and they offer a nice military discount it that applies.
FWIW: I purchased the NOCO GBX45 Jump Starter and the NOCO Genius 5 Charger.
GOOD LUCK

Just measured the battery voltage at rest is 12.11V. What I read from the internet, at 12.4 volts, your battery will be at roughly 75% charge. At 12.2 volts it will be at 50% charge and at 12 volts it will be at roughly 25% charge. Therefore, my battery is between 25-50% charge.
Have used one of these to test my car batteries.... just a thought
Gives you state of charge and Cold Cranking Amps etc....
There are plenty of other similar measuring devices that do more or less to test a car battery
Here is just one

It was -2C or 28F this morning. The voltage of the 12V battery was 11.9V and it was really low. I am charging it with a charger and see how long it will last. Does anyone know what is the replacement policy of the battery by the dealership or Lexus?

I had mine replaced under warranty at no cost. But you have not experience not being able to start the vehicle yet.
I charged the battery on Monday with a Noco Genius 5. The voltage before charging was 11.9V. It was 12.4V after 3 hours of charging. Four days later, it went down back to 11.9V. The car has been driven every day with at least 10km and auto start/stop was turned off in every trip.

I charged the battery last Friday and the voltage measured was 12.8V after fully charged. Today (4 days after), the voltage dropped back down to 12.02V. It doesn't look right to me. Booked an appointment with dealership to have the battery tested.
