No need for a 'learn how to read' comment please. Let's keep things polite.
Have you tried a Road Force Balance on the tires?

My 2016 4Runner has a vibration in the steering at around 60-65mph. It seems more prevalent when the vehicle/tires are cold. Apparently 4Runners are known for this and Road Force Balance (sometimes) resolves it. I haven't done it yet, I usually just speed up to 70+

Update..
I've had a lot going on over the last 9 or so months. So much so, that I haven't had time to deal with this terrible vehicle that Lexus claims is "fine". Although, I did replace the tires at approximately 13k miles because I had already repaired a tire a year ago (you're not supposed to repair run-flats) and I had another tire with a huge bolt in it. I was also curious if new tires would eliminate the horrendous vibration this car has. The new tires did not help.
I can't believe I'm saying this but I might be buying a '25 NX 350h Luxury this week. Contingent upon how it drives, of course. I'll probably sell my current vibration -prone NX to an "online-only used car retailer".
I need to get out of this car and put this experience behind me. Even though Lexus hasn't treated me too well, there's no other manufacturer that can match the resale and dealer experience.

I have a 2024 NX, I’ll get a vibration the first 5 mins after it’s been parked for a few days and it’s below freezing. Every car I’ve ever had does this, especially if the ground is a different temperature than the air. Is this similar to your issue?
Mine randomly happens but seems to happen at about 43 mph and is a constant harsh vibration that can be felt in the steering wheel and floorboard. Completely random. I've had this car a year and a half and it's driving me absolutely nuts trying to do Lexus' job for them figuring it out. But if you read my previous posts, once the technician found the vibration they said it was normal and all 350hs do it. They're wrong!
Simple answer, get 450H+ you will not have any vibrations it very smooth and MPG will be amazing. Another suggestion trade it with the dealer, they give you same any third party will unless your planning on selling it privately and in most cases your get tax credit between difference. The dealer could care less if it vibrates, they will certify it as long as no bad car fax.

If they can certify it then they will get retail on it, only issue would be if you had car fax on it. I would definitely work that in as then your only pay difference on tax between trade and new purchase.
This is dependent on state (I think). In CA, we pay tax on the full price of the new car regardless of whether or not we're trading a vehicle at the time of purchase. They are treated as 2 separate transactions.
