When I say Hay Lexus I get no voice response back although my command does go through

 

Our 2025 does not respond with voice..... the 2024 did,

 

There is an option to toggle voice response on and off somewhre in settings

 

There is a setting for this. You need to into Settings then into Sound and Media. See video time stamp mark at 1:18:52 to make volume adjustments:

 

The new update removed the voice. Even my 2022 with the new update, does not respond back.

 

Wow! Hasn't Lexus heard of beta testing? It's really been a terrible few months for Lexus and their handling of over the air updates and the intermittent blackouts / offline of their remote connect app here in Canada and US. Pretty confident no one will be signing up to pay for the service now.
