Interior lights don’t go on

Our interior lights don’t open on new 2023 NX350H.
we went somewhere at night and we could not find the switch to open our interior lights.
HELP

The infromation is on page 276 of your 2023 Lexus Manual . It is shown below how to turn on interior lights when doors open:

Yes, I really think Lexus could have labelled a switch for your interior LIGHTS with something less stupid than DOOR! Took me a few minutes searching high and low throughout the interior to figure out how to make the interior lights work when you open the door. I even looked into settings in centre screen but nothing. Then I had a hunch! Let's see what this 'Door' switch does?
