Default lexus lettering issue?

dose anyones lexus nx back letter fall off?
one of my friend lexus letter x fall off. i thought someone stole the letter...
do you think this is stealing or just defect of adhesive?(attached picture)
and my friend told me that letter "L" is moving too.
i just checked my 2024 2nd gen lexus nx letter, it dose stick well.

dealer denied, under warranty. cause its cosmetic. she has to pay $100 to order full letter " LEXUS"
my friends' car spec 2024 nx 250.bought it just 1 year ago

editing. got answer back from dealer again. they will replace for free of charge.

Dose anyone has same issue? in 2nd gen lexus nx?

When I was attaching my overlay lettering, I noticed that pretty much all the lettering are slightly moving side to side, so I think there is not much room on those letters for the adhesive and seems that they do not need much for letters to fall off I mean go try to wiggle all the letters yourself, especially when it is hot outside, you can wiggle them pretty easy. Maybe Lexus need to rethink how those letters are attached, and instead on gluing them individually they should all be on one solid adhesive strip.

I removed the NX 450h+ letters to debadge it (not the LEXUS lettering), and couldn't believe how easily they came off just using dental floss, no heat or anything. So it would not surprise me if they fell off. I would very much doubt theft.

One of the "AWD" letters fell off. I pulled the other two off and they were held on with poor quality tape. It wasn't the end of the world, but makes me wonder what other parts are inferrior.
