Hey Lexus silent

When I say Hey Lexus there is no audio response but there is a written response on the nav screen. Any ideas?

Do you hear a Beep? I believe you can disable the help prompts and get the just a beep.

Watch this video and maybe you can resolve your issue. Basically the volume for your voice control for systems such as Car Play, AA, Google Maps, Waze, Lexus Assistant etc have a separate adjustment that you can raise or lower with the volume **** while they should be talking. Or find it in settings under gear icon - sound and media and look at system voice. You can raise and lower the voice setting there too.

I encountered something similar before. Didn't know there's a video on it so I spend 20 minutes to figure it out.

I would say "hey Lexus" but the volume is very low or non-existent.

Somehow I found the volume was really low so adjusting that fixed it.

Check this:
Settings -> Levels then System Voice
