So you know that piano black plastic that surrounds the shifter. I found a solution. I covered it with this matte black frame. The cover has similar wood grain to the door inserts and is 100% finger print and dust proof.

This looks much better. Anything is better than piano black. I wish they had a carbon fiber. How will this hold up to high temps and summer sun? Peeling?

Ordered mine. I asked for 15% off and the seller accepted. (Maybe I could have got a better deal 🤷‍♂️) I really fought with myself about this but the piano black is just "plastic" too. Now there will be almost no piano black below the center of the steering wheel.

I've seen posts about this product. Wasn't very favorable. It has a glossy surface which defeats the purpose of covering the piano black.
