J D Power just released their 2024 dependability study. This is based on 2021 vehicles that owners responded to their surveys. Lexus #1 again two years in a row and 24 out of 28 years. The NX most dependable luxury small SUV again.

me too although I trust Toyota. The Tacoma that preceded it was great, and will be for the next owner for a long time.

 

So this article is for the 1st Gen NX? 2021 survey would be 1st Gen.

 

J D Power dependability study surveys owners of three year old models. Next February their 2025 study will be surveying 2022 models. My bet is Lexus again #1 and NX #1 in small luxury SUV category. Consumer Reports has Lexus # in reliability which looks at current models.
