I have a 2023 NX350 with the base door inserts. They are glossy black with a series of short raised dashes. The sun catches these inserts and causes a nasty glare. Has anyone switched these inserts out for the upgraded black wood inserts? I only want to swap out the front door panels.

I've watched some videos and it appears the panel pops off easily and the insert comes out by unscrewing several screws.

They are easy to swap, but extremely expensive.
