I have a 2023 NX hybrid model and live in Toronto. When i drive in weather which causes my front end sensors to go off line ie. snow/slush etc. I get this constant message that the sensors are off line and some features will not work, like brake assist.
I can clear the message with the go back arrow but every 10 seconds it returns. Does anyone know how to stop this constant reminder that I need to clear off the sensors.
Thx.
those sensors and the safety features they provided are extremely useful! It saved me from one accident last week. If you temporary turn it off, remember to turn it on when the sensor is cleaned.
1. Turn off the associated safety feature.
2. Wipe off the snow/slush/ice off the blocked sensor.

I had a UX a while ago and discovered one of the front sensors had popped off and was hanging by its wires. I pushed it back in and think it was after that I had the problem you describe. No amount of cleaning the sensor helped and I felt it was not well sealed around the edge. It was only a problem in extreme wet or slushy weather. The dealer eventually replaced the sensor. That safety feature is important to me and I wouldn't have wanted to turn it off. It seems unlikely both your front sensors would fail at the same time. Notice if it's only one so you can tell the dealer.

More than likely neither of the OP's sensors were damaged. If your sensor popped out then you probably hit something and damaged it. Being covered with slush in most cases will not damage a sensor and more than one sensor could be covered slush at the same time. If the sensors are covered and are incorrectly reporting then they can be temporarily turned off ( see post #2) . If the conditions are such that slus build up is minimal and clearing off the slush makes them work again ,by all means turn the sensors back on. However, if the conditions are slushy and icy and you keep getting false reading turn them off temporarily.
Most of these systems use ultrasonic sensors that emit sound waves, with a controller in the car measuring how long each signal takes to bounce back off an object. This helps it to calculate how far away the object is. It then sounds an alert, which increases in pitch the nearer that the car is to the nearby object.
