Has anyone had to replace a drivers mirror and had any strange results?

 

There is a TSB to fix a vibrating driver side mirror, which includes replacing the entire mirror assembly and adding a reinforcement bracket. I haven't noticed any strange things after the TSB was completed.

 

I replaced my driver side mirror 5 months ago by providing TSB to dealership; at no cost. However, I found that my 360 bird view, driver side view, are not in sync with other 3 cameras after driver side mirror assembly replaced. I spoke to dealership and was told it is normal.
Not a big delayed issue but it is delayed, it delays like 1 sec compare to other 3 cameras I guess.

 

Might you provide a video showing this, I am curious what you are seeing.

 

I replaced the mirror and it works correctly, except I can now open the door when in Drive or Reverse. It used to be that the car would force the doors to lock except in park, now the door opens in any gear.

360 camera works fine, heat works fine, this is the only issue.

 

It's your setting set to auto lock when shift from P?

 

Is there a TSB for this in Canada. Mine doesn’t vibrate when driving, but rattles when o close the door

 

Just let your dealer know. Mine replaced both under warranty.
