HUD Shaking/Vibrating
Update:
Just received a call saying that two technicians looked at it and agrees that it does shake/vibrate. They pushed it up to Lexus headquarters to get their engineers to look at it. The response they got was that this is characteristic of the vehicle and there is no fix. I guess I have to live with this until Lexus gets enough complaints and decide to look into it. I have no idea what my other recourse is.
Side note: The loaner car - 2023 RX 500h F is awesome. I wish I never drove it. With the HUD issue, I'm starting to get buyers remorse. So much more quite, more roomy, drives more smooth, more power, etc. It included the sill lighting and the door puddle light which I thought it looked sort of tacky. But not sure I would spend 10K to 20K more for it though.

I'm in Washington too, which dealer is it?
I would not accept that answer. Did they give a print out of the Lexus reply? At this point it's the shady dealer passing along info and you know the dealer doesn't want to do anything about it.
I have never had an issue like this and don't know what the next step would be. Possibly keep bring it back to them and say you are thinking about going through the lemon law if they can't fix it. Maybe get a lawyer involved.
