When the weather started to get warm this spring, I noticed my NX350h has some creaking sounds when steering in a turn.

Not sure if it's coming from the steering column or the suspension.

Wondering if others have noticed similar sounds.

 

I have an 2022 NX 350h and I have noticed a creak noise when doing a hard turn from stop or low speed. I did not notice during the winter but I have heard it a few times now that temperatures are warmer. I will continue to monitor to see if it gets worse.

Creaking sound from turning, if the sound is on the outside, is many times the strut mount or the control arm bushing (lower).

if on the inside, correct it could be the column or slip ring in the steering wheel. i'm guessing your noise is external. post a video?
