Mine came with factory mud guards (well, I assume they were since when I first saw the car at the dealer still all wrapped in plastic it already had mud guards) so I assume the answer is yes. Here in Canada, on the Lexus build and price web site it shows color matching body side moulding available, so again, seems answer is yes. Sorry, I have no PNs.
Yes, Lexus has Mud Guards and Body Side Molding.
Since you didn't list a year or model it's kind of hard to provide PN's.
The best I can advise is to call the Lexus Dealer and ask for the Part's Department. Give them the particulars and ask if they can provide you with PN's. I say that because the Lexus Parts Store online doesn't have all of the years and models posted so it's sort of hard to look anything up. I just purchased Mud Guards at the Lexus Store and had the wrong PN but it was their fault. Had to return them for the correct PN. FYI, there is a PN for Front ONLY and another for all four wheels.

I used the Gen 1 body side moldings. Heat bent the shape to match the door first. Use the actual color number (not the name) to make sure it matches. Experimented with location and slope to arrive at where I put them.

I am still kicking around the idea of the side molding. Is putting it on fairly straighforward or is it best to let the dealer do it?
Pretty easy if your patient. Lexus has directions although I experimented on the location I liked best with blue painters tape holding them on. Once I has happy with location, but some blue tape tabs along with upper right and left edges. Peel the mounting tape and align molding to your tape marks. For the rear doors, I sighted from the back and front to make sure it was in perfect alignment to the front before finalizing my blue tape tabs. If you use gen 1 moldings, you will need to carefully heat bend the molding with a hair dryer on the forward foot or so to arc the molding to match the door shape. It may not be necessary and they may work without doing that, but I did not want the moldings to pull off. I like the gen 1 molding better, but that is a matter of taste and if your color is available. Good luck
