Maybe Canadian frozen mirrors don't shake as much as in US? At least most of the year. JK.

Quote: Question: I haven't noticed (haven't looked since I picked up the car a week ago) the shaking mirror on my 23 NX 450h+. Is this a 350 issue or is it ALL NX models?

Are there any 450h+ owners who have this issue?
I’ve witnessed it on 250 and 350s. Haven’t driven a 450 so can’t say if it would be on that also. However, the TSB does cover all 2022 and 2023 NX models without exclusion, so I’m sure the potential for it to shake is there. But if yours doesn’t have it then all the power to you! You got lucky!

We picked up my wife’s 450h+ F Sport last month from a dealership 2 hours away from us, and on the way back home we noticed a slight shake on her drivers side mirror. It wasn’t horrible, but it’s something that we’ll most likely take to the dealership to get looked at and fixed.

Okay, I'll be driving in the morning. I will definitely be on the look out for it. Is there a certain speed or anything special that has to happen for it to shake? Like only during high speed or only low speed. Thanks

Quote: I just got my 23 NX back from local dealer for the shaking mirror issue. On 04/11 I took my NX to Queens Lexus in NYC. Met the service writer and handed him the TSB for the mirror repair. Service writer inform me the parts will take about 2 days to arrive and repair take about 2-3 hrs. On 04/13 got a phone call, parts are in. Today 04/14 drop off the vehicle at 10:30am and left the vehicle with them. After work I went there to pick up my NX at 4PM. As soon I drove the NX I noticed the annoying/distracting driver mirror shakes is completely gone. So if someone out there still waiting for the result. Just go to your local dealer and tell them about the TSB.

on a side note, I had their 21 NX300 loaner for half of day. The driver and passenger mirrors shake and vibrate also.

the old driver mirror motor definitely has bit of play. My NX only has 2000 miles. If anyone has any question feel free to ask. I am auto tech myself btw.
That's great news! I've had mirror issues where the full replacement was done not once but twice and it never worked. I just brought home my new 2023 NX 350 fsport and noticed on the drive back my drivers side mirror shakes. Makes me want to scream out loud, I swear it does. Will the TSB that fixed your mirror work on my 2023 NX 350 fsport? Thanks in advance!

Is this only on the driver side? I took delivery today of a 23 NX350h and on the 4 mile drive home in the city I noticed it was vibrating to the point I had trouble focusing on cars when driving on 20mph road that wasn't the greatest for smoothness but not off road style either.

The TSB is only applicable to the driver’s side mirror. Are you noticing vibrations in the passenger side? The passenger side has been fine for me.

I’ve only driven it 15 miles but so far have only noticed it on the driver side.

Me again, I took my vehicle in to the dealership b/c my mirror was shaking badly and I told them about the TSB and this is what the service department did. Please advise is this is correct. See photo and
Thank you for your help.

That looks correct. If you scroll up a bit in this thread, DerekGX460 posted a similar service sheet with the part numbers as well.
