I installed AEM cold air intake a couple days ago, i went on the highway 2 hour road trip i lost boost an throtle responce....i.think my maf scensor might be the problem. Any ideas ???

 

Are you getting any CEL's? I had no issues with my AEM CAI install but the HPS charge pipe I installed loosely with it leaked a ton of boost until I fixed that.

 

No codes, i see the boost gauge move but dosent seem to bulild .... the engine is very slugash im going to replace maf sensor tomorrow

 

I replaced the scensor and no change not sure what to do...i did get a code a couple codes

 

Shoot some pics of your install with the engine cover off, something isn't adding up.

 

One of the codes point to the wastegate being stuck open, then read that the turbo boost silonid could be the problem. Im lost, when i first installed the cai i could hear the air being sucked in the engine, now i cant and boost dosent build to where it should.
