Default Underneath the NX200t

Check this out, a look under a 6 year old Canadian NX:

Pretty neat perspective.

How are your winters? Snowy and whatnot? I also have a 2016 but I live in California so it's nice to see how rust resistant they are with some weatherproofing on the underside of the vehicle.

Much respect for video and I like the garage, spacious and very organized; I'm looking to do the same with the "in-ground" lift once I finish jumping through all the hoops to buying my place.

Side note - Is this your channel?

Yes, usually Nov through March we have snow on the ground and get banks up to the 4-5 foot tall range. Plenty of snow. The NX has held up pretty well through it I'd agree.

Yes, this is my channel...I only started in January, kinda messing about in the garage. For a little two car (yes, I squeeze two vehicles in there each night), it is well equipped and organized thanks!

I wish my garage was taller, I would copy your lift setup!

I only have 9 feet to the bottom of the support beams for the floor above it (though the rest of the ceiling height is 10 feet, but doesn't help with the lift). There's still a foot above the vehicle when it's at full rise. I can even use it with the garage door open and vehicle all the way up, the jack shaft door opener helps though. You don't need much space for this, technically could probably fit in 8 feet but you'd have to watch the ceiling/door. Being a mid-rise, you don't get a ton of height, but it's enough to get underneath and work at the wheel area comfortably while standing.

I have an old garage 1960's and its only 7ft high with a 6.5' door. I'm pretty much limited to ramps unfortunately. I make due and find friends with a lift if there is a complicated job.

Ahhh I see, guess that does limit the options even more.

Check out the quickjack:

Similar idea, just a low rise but way more portable.
