Upgraded the iphone to 15.4 and this is now happening. I have it connected via bluetooth. I hit the button to give directions and say
"Call xxxx". xxxx is in the favorites list and has the number under Home tab. There is only a single number. Previously the assistant would say "calling the home number for xxxx". Now I get a new audio prompt that asks if I want to call the home number and a Yes/No screen prompt. Why is it adding a new prompt when there is only a single number for xxxx? Just guessing it may be Apple since I upgraded the OS but has anyone else seen this?

 

did you clear everything on the car before pairing with the new phone? If not, I would try that and then re-pair.

 

Well it just went away... Today it is back to before the IOS upgrade. No clue.
