I just picked up an NX200t recently and after taking the car for a car wash, I noticed both headlights have moisture inside them. The vehicle itself is already out of warranty unfortunately so I'm out of luck on that. The only option I see is to take apart the headlights and rebake them. I've retrofitted headlights before, but doing them on expensive set of headlights is a bit scary.
Yes !! Same here on my NX300 2018 F-Sport 3 (In Canada too)
Sorry to hear it's out of warranty ... Maybe a dealer could cut you a deal ... Mine said it's a known issue (not too common but still a know issue)
Here, I am still under warranty, dealer has order the part but it's probably coming from the Japan plant as it has been a month and a half waiting for it.
Glad the warranty will cover the 1300$ cdn part !!!!!! It is that expensive because it is the triple-led, auto-high beam, self-leveling with "directional light beam" ...

Omg yours is so much worse than mine! Mine isn't bad at all and it goes away overnight. I contacted the dealer already and they wouldn't do anything because my warranty ended September 2019 which sucks. I'm going to take it part this summer and rebake it. I don't think I'm ready to drop $1300 each on each headlight for a simple condensation issue. Hopefully a rebake and reseal without touching the internals should fix the issue.
EDIT: I just realized my 2015 NX200t is from Montreal as well. Wonder if that's a coincidence...
A year ago noticed moisture in headlight (driver side) got it replaced under warranty.
A week later started to have same issues on second one (passenger side), got it replaced as well.
They both cracked.
I had moisture the first winter I had the car. Got it replaced under warranty and its been fine since. I would suggest either buying a used set of housing somewhere or baking them, dry them out and re seal them again. Best of luck, frustrating thing to happen.
