Adding USB Ports to blank ports?

I was looking to convert the same ports to USB ports using something like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09H5PPWRD?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image
Has anyone done this before? What is the correct size to get?
Also, I've not done much electronics, from my understanding, i need:
1) The USB ports2) low profile mini fuses and add a fuse https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08MKLK4SP/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A1W787UG0OZ7HP&psc=1
3) some prying tools
