Radio mode stuck on Alexa
I have the same problem, whenever I try to get to the radio screen all I get is the Alexa screen complaining that it can't connect to Alexa.
This has worked on other Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
Delete the Lexus app and the Lexus + Alexa app from your phone. (Depending on the year of your NX, the app that you have to delete from your phone might be the Lexus Enform app.) Then, go into the car's settings. You should find a setting that allows you to delete personal data. When you restart the car, Alexa should not be there at all. Obviously, you won't have access to using Alexa, but you should be able to use the rest of the audio system in a normal manner. And when you re-install the Lexus app on your phone, the option to connect to Alexa should be missing, but, if it is there, just do not make any attempt to re-connect with Alexa.
Note that, if you delete personal data, you will have to re-set some settings that will be lost in the process, like radio pre-sets, navigation saved destinations, and home screen settings.

In any case, thanks for the advice, I'll keep that in my owner's manual in case I need it in the future.
I have since discovered that if I press and hold the <RADIO> button (the physical button on the radio's dash panel) for five seconds it clears the problem the returns to the normal radio screen. I just came up with a hunch that holding in the button might force a re-set and sure enough it worked. Just pressing the button momentarily will not clear the condition however.
1.Press the Engine button twice, but do not turn on the engine.
2.Press and hold the physical Apps button on the multimedia system. Without releasing it, turn the lights on and off three times. A Diagnosis Check menu will appear on the screen.
3.Press and hold the INIT button on the screen. It will prompt you with a “Personal data is initialized. OK?” to which you’ll respond with Yes.
4.Turn on the engine and check whether all of the radio stations, phones, and Bluetooth connections have been removed.
5.Select the General menu.
6.Find the Delete Personal Data button and press it.
7.Restart the vehicle and make sure everything is operating correctly.
While this method wipes all of the saved data, effectively restoring Entune to factory default state, it’s the most reliable method to ensure a long-term, glitch-free operation.
Another (short term) workaround if the system insists on providing audio via Alexa is to use the car's voice commands and simply say "play FM radio (or whatever source you want to use)"
In any case Lexus/Toyota's implementation of Alexa is poor, and, even when it seems to be working properly, it is buggy, and the proper operation is likely not to last long.
