Hi all , does any one know how to remove the rear sub ?

 

I disconnected mine but left it in the hatch. You need to pop all the plastic trim off, from what I remember, mostly clips. The hardest is the handles at the bottom on the sides of the latch, they are VERY tightly held by clips then one side has the trunk close button you need to disconnect. Sub is held on by bolts, probably 10mm.
