Hi, does any one know where the factory amp is located ?

 

Depends on model year and which audio system is installed. This drawing is applicable to model years 2018 and 2019 with base or 10-speaker systems. Note the 2018-2019 base system does not have a separate amplifier.

If you have an 8" speaker mounted in the liftgate, then you probably have the 10-speaker system with external amplifier. The Mark Levinson system uses a larger amplifier, mounted in the same location. However, I do not think Lexus offered this system in the USA market in 2019. Not sure about Canada.
