Door edge guards
Looking to buy door edge guards to protect the NX from hitting the wall in the garage. I notice that Lexus sells them, but they seem overpriced. There are some at Autozone at a much lower cost.
Any suggestions?

My wife didn't get them with her NX. However I got them on my RCF. The OEM ones are color matched exactly to the paint. You can't even tell they are on my white car. I've seen others that are clear. Eventually those will turn yellowish..etc. Probably depends on what you are looking for but I'm happy with OEM.

If the OP is interested in such clear door edge guards, I'm sure that he/she could have a paint protection film installer put them on. I'd guess that the cost would be quite minimal because very little material is needed, and the installation can be done on all 4 doors in a matter of a few minutes.

Forget the edge guards, they end up scratching the paint along the door edges due to the accumulation of dirt and friction. Instead, they sell stick-on rubber pads that you can mount on the wall that you can buy from Amazon for dirt cheap.
