Is premium fuel really needed?

Issues using regular gas? nothing. I own NX300H 2020 and I use regular gas my car runs fine and no issues. Just visit your lexus service regularly.

Your NX-H has 2.5L non-turbo engine. It can take 87 gasoline, although premium gasoline recommended. NX-s with 2.0L engine with turbo requires premium gasoline with minimum 91 octane.

Yeah, the engine will be somewhat fine but your turbo (if equipped) will go to ****... trust me, been there, done that..
