If you consider trade your NX in because of acceleration, then you are mistaken. NX (non-hybrid) is just as fast (or slow) as RX350. This is all about perception.

yah u are probably right, a bigger engine on a bigger car probably will just be the same.
I am hoping that the V6 will be more smooth though. the nx seems to shift really roughly at times. and we are very "gentle" drivers
it also has a lot of vibrating issues at idle when the weather gets cold. its pretty awful. unfortunately no one in the forum has seem to find a fix for it.

Looks like Lexus just dropped their V8 into the IS, new model IS500, so maybe while everyone else is downsizing their engines Lexus is kicking it up a notch. Maybe with the new '22 model they will add a V6 (NX350?).
