When I'm pulling into the garage, a rectangular icon with an X in it appears in the upper right corner of the screen. Couldn't find a description in the manual. Anybody? Thanks

 

If you press OK with it highlighted, does it dismiss the distance warning you are getting? Looks like a standard 'close' button to me.

I should have mentioned that it's a 2019 NX300h. When I press the trackpad, the entire screen goes back to the screen that I was on before. This is the large screen in front of the window, not the display on the dashboard

 

The X temporarily mutes the beeping warning for the park sensors and closes that screen I think.

 

Exactly right. Found this out after a couple of years of owning. Convenient when at a drive thru and you get the beep for being to close, it mutes the sound without turning off sensors for next time.
