I just received this notice in the mail today regarding a recall for certain Lexus vehicles. There is an issue with a low pressure fuel pump which may stop operating while driving and could potentially cause a crash. I have been complaining about rough transmission shifts but seems this is something different. Wish I would have bought another vehicle...

 

Once they fix it, your vehicle should be back to normal. If you like your current NX, it will be fine.

 

Just back from having fuel pump replaced under the recall. 2019 NX.

Gas tank was filled up to full and also I received a free update to the navigation system maps etc.

Lexus of London once again was great to deal with and they included their usual free car wash, carpet vacuum and interior wipe down.

 

That's awesome. The dealership I go to in Southern California did the replacement and that was it. No car-wash or anything because of COVID
