P0191 Check Engine Light
Hello everyone,
I am new here. I have a 2015 GS350 F Sport (Can't be more thankful) and my mom has 2015 NX200t.
Someone filled the NX with 87 gas about 2 moths ago on accident and the check engine light came on, giving the code P0191- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance.
I am convinced that it is a result of bad gas, but its been 2 months and plenty of fill ups with premium gas, plus I reset the light about every week but it seems pretty permanent. The car is still under powertrain warranty but I have tried hundreds of times to get in touch with a service person at our local Lexus to ask if warranty covers that and no one ever returns a call.
Does anyone know if this is covered under powertrain warranty or not? Also does anyone know what that code is and what needs to be replaced?
I appreciate all the help in advance.
