The concern is for a gradual process of unwanted deposits. Just because there is no issue after 7,500 miles dosent mean there hasn't been a negative effect than can be abated by taking action. "As soon as possible" isn't a life or death immediate action, it's as soon as he/she can get around to it for the best interest of his/her vehicle.
the additive was added, and it stopped leaking after 500 miles. Then, 7500 miles after it was added, an oil change was performed. This means that the additive has been “removed”.

My comment was originally directed at post #8. I am not sure if or when an oil change was performed.

The OP can do whatever they want and I have zero investment on whether or not the engine has any ill effects but the last thing I would want to do is not provide advice and just take a "wait and see" approach with someone else's valuable asset.
I second that, oil stop leaks additives are a coagulant, it thicken up in small areas to stop leaks. With the modern day engines, the machining tolerance is very tight. that's is one of the reason, most new engines use a very thin oil, to get inside those tight spots, Now, if your oil additive starts to coagulant in those small tight spot, it can cause all kind of problems down the line not to mention voiding the warranty.

Oil stop leak additive is not coagulant. Coagulant is "a substance that causes liquid to coagulate" and you assumed that this additive will help in plugging leaks. Oil stop does not do that. It has an additive to restore seals that became hard and shrunk over time.
Perhaps this additive still not healthy to turbo, but I searched and did not find any data supporting this notion.

atp at-205 re-seal stop leaks is a liquid polymer that expands the gaskets. Not sure of how it reacts with the oil’s viscosity and ability to lubricate. In some cases, it can expand the gaskets too much and causing more damage but in most cases, its a good temporary fix.

2015 NX200t f sport with 110000kms.

Has gone in today to have oil leak checked out.

In 11 years of Lexus ownership and multiple vehicles, this is the first out of warranty repair required for any vehicle

4 days in the service department now.

Rear main transmission seal being replaced.

Even though well out of warranty, fortunately Lexus covering cost.

Typical Aussie good will, or just feeling badly you've had problems with your NX?

hello, I have the same issue on my 2016 NX200T. How does it go right now? Did you pour it in the oil fill plug/hole?
