anyone have any luck getting carplay to show split screen? my friends BMW shows split screen now but the NX doesn’t.

Yes. Works on mine. You do have to select it. The icon is bottom left.

is it the icon button? i clicked on it and it goes back to the original icon screen.

It replaced the square button with a circle in it. It now shows several tiny boxes. I assume you've updated your phone to iOS 13?

got it to work. had to re-download apple map for split screen to work. I only had google map installed and had apple map deleted at first

Makes sense. Google maps isn't compatible with split screen yet.
