Default Service Connect Activation

OK, this is officially driving me crazy. Every few days, my system announces "Service Connect Activation Complete" while at the same time, the screen has written across it "Would You Like To Begin Service Connect Activation?". If I say "NO" because I have done it 10 times already, it just asks me again and again. If I say YES and let it run through whatever it is doing, I get a message saying it was successful and the whole cycles starts all over again. I had it to the dealer for the "5,000 mile checkup" and they supposedly rebooted the system but it is still happening. I called the SOS people and they confirmed it is an active subscription. Is there a different app I need on my iphone to complete the activation? I think I have all of the apps available. Any insight???

My recommendation is to visit this web page and click on the "contact Toyota" button. You can describe your issue to a live person, inform them politely your dealer was no help, and let Toyota USA customer service find a solution. Chances are they will send you to a more knowledgeable dealer who will simply replace your multimedia system, with Toyota's blessing.
