I bought new 2019 NX 300h last month and, sometimes Dashboard shows microphone disabled symbol , and I cannot do anything on the dashboard. It just stuck on that even back button does not work. Any explanation for that ? I am not sure but most of the time it occurred when Apple Carplay was on. I have to restart the car, than it goes away.

 

Same here. FM Radio no longer works after asking Waze for directions.

 

Call the dealer and ask to speak with the tech person at the dealership , they should be able to walk you thru any issues you have.

haven't contacted the dealer, but I found out that it occurred with one app (online radio), if I exit the app, it went away, doing that for now, will contact dealer next month, not in a hurry as still it is under warranty. Also, apple carplay update is coming next month and if that fix the problem.

 

I’ve had this happen when plugged in for CarPlay too. I just unplug my phone and it goes back to normal. Then I plug my phone back into CarPlay. It seems that it happens when Siri takes over and there is a glitch when she doesn’t recognize a voice command. I’m hoping this gets fixed in the new iOS update.
