maybe its defective?
Quote: I have to report that iottie easy flex 2 just won't stick to the side of my dash. No matter what I try it falls off in about 5 minutes. It's no match at all when I put my S5 in it. I've tried washing the sticky pad but it doesn't help. One thing is when I turn the dial on the base it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm used to the lever type so when you clamp down on it you can feel the suction. This one, nothing.
Very disappointed, any suggestions?

By the way, can someone tell me how many USB ports are in this car?
Are there any in the back seats?

Some NXs also have a "household" outlet (120 Volts AC) in the backseat—at the rear of the front center console.

Phone holder & climate control question

Hey Guys,

On the passenger site climate control screen, is there a way to turn off that icon that is currently showing wind blowing to the floor/feet? I can't figure out how to turn that off.

Also it seems there's no good spot for a cell phone holder. My iphone 6+ when having it vertical, looks awkward with the way the center console area is designed. Anyone have any product recommendations?

Also one other question, on one of the Key FOBS there's a metal strip with some numbers on it, is that the code for the radio?

Thanks & Happy Thanksgiving all.

The wind icon shows you what the climate control setting is, the Off default is floor. When the system is on you can change it manually if you want to shift from floor to demist to vent, or Auto will do it for you. No off switch however.

The metal strip is the key number, keep it safe away from the key.

Have you found the phone holder in the center console? It's between the cup holders, the phone should lay across the cup holders

If you are talking about this (see below), then his iPhone 6+ would be too large.

Wow, I never noticed that. Neat find. Unfortunately, my Note 4 won't fit in there either..

Quote: I simply sit mine in the front cup holder between the 2 plastic holders facing me.

Personally, after driving a stick as my DD for years, I refuse to **** around with my phone while I'm driving.

This is certainly interesting

This puts the phone way too far down and to the right (the left for those of you who drive on the "other" side) for my preference (and safety).

I wish there were. so many people climb in my car looking to charge and I always got to open up the middle compartment to let them use that USB charger. it's so inconvenient.

Is anyone using this ProClip mount? It looks like it might clear the screen. Wondering if it actually would with iPhone6 and maybe even iPhone6+.

Trying to plan ahead for new NX
